Kwasee Styling Co. (“Kwasee,” “we,” “us”) provides personalised styling services, including the Signature Style Blueprint. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use style.kwasee.com or kwasee.com, why we collect it, and how it’s handled.

1. What we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and birthday, provided when you book a package or start an intake.
• Styling information — your answers to our style questionnaire, including body measurements, sizing, budget ranges, lifestyle, and stated style preferences.
• Photos you upload — self-photos submitted through the intake form, used solely to help build your Style Blueprint.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Flutterwave. We never receive or store your card details ourselves.
• Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregate site-traffic statistics via Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Process your booking and payment;
• Generate your personalised Style Blueprint — your questionnaire answers are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI to draft style recommendations, which a member of our team then reviews and approves before it’s shared with you;
• Communicate with you about your booking, intake, and completed Blueprint by email;
• Improve our services and understand overall site usage.

3. How we protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in a managed database with restricted access — only authorised Kwasee staff can view client intake information or photos, through a password-protected admin system.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide your styling service and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and to respond to any follow-up requests. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info.kwasee@gmail.com. We’ll respond promptly.

6. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
