Terms of Service

These Terms govern your booking and use of Kwasee Styling Co.’s (“Kwasee,” “we,” “us”) services, including the Signature Style Blueprint, via style.kwasee.com and kwasee.com. By booking a package or submitting an intake form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Kwasee provides personalised styling consultation and a Style Blueprint deliverable — built from the information and photos you provide us through our intake process, refined with AI assistance, and reviewed and approved by our team before delivery. Recommendations are guidance tailored to what you share with us; they are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

2. Booking & payment

Package prices are shown at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely by Flutterwave. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed, at which point you’ll receive a link to complete your intake.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your intake, and to only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to share with us. The quality of your Style Blueprint depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of what you provide.

4. Intellectual property

Your completed Style Blueprint is provided to you for your personal use. All Kwasee branding, site content, and materials remain the property of Kwasee Styling Co.

5. Limitation of liability

Our styling recommendations are advisory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwasee is not liable for any purchasing decisions, outfit outcomes, or other results arising from your use of a Style Blueprint.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
